In connection with the financing of a Passive House project in Mendocino County I'm looking for suggestions and advice regarding the pursuit of a construction loan. Questions I have are:
- Does anyone have/ would anyone be willing to share experiences with getting a construction loan for a Passive House?
- Are there lenders/ brokers that are knowledgeable about Passive Houses? Any recommendations?
